SPORTCLIMBING
You can climb a mountain, but also a rock. Or a wall. Rockclimbing is with Wallclimbing a new sport. The new sport is calling Sportclimbing. You don't have to climb to the top, but about the climbing itself. There are matches is climbing. The fasted or the best climber wins.
ROCKCLIMBING
Rockclimbing is a form of Sportclimbing. By this you must climb steep rocks. Mostly rocks aren't slippery. They have lumps and ribs, holes and cracks. Sportclimbers have called evey edges which you can hold ''grips''. And every edges which you can stand on''steps''. You don't wear mountainshoes but climbshoes. Climbshoes are flexible and they sit very tight round the foot. On a number of rocks are set tens of different routes. Every route have got a number and a name. How higher the number, how more diffucult the route.
The one that climbed the route at first, has made up the name. The hooks that the first climber hang up are staying. Other climbers can use them to save themselves. The hooks may not be used as evey edges and grips. Thats one of the rules. You have to be 16 to get a climbingcourse. You will get a course in a famous climbingarea. You learn there how to climb on rocks. You also can do wallclimbing.
WALLCLIMBING
Wallclimbing is also a kind of sportclimbing, at this you must climb a wall. In a sportshall or a wall outside. In The Netherlands there are more than 40 climb walls. There are changeable and non-changeable walls. If you have been climbing for many years, then is a changeable wall more excitement. On a changeable wall you can made different routes, from easy till very different. On flat walls are grips and rungs. The people who climb are wearing climbshoes. At a climbwall you are allowed to climb under counselling. How old you most be, is per climbwall different.
TRAINING
To achieve holds in that you always push back your limits. If you just begin with climbing you easy push back your limits.When you get in a higher level this gets more diffucult. On a sertant moment you achieve now progress any more. Training is more than only be sportive in a climbinghall ore on the rocks. Taining is purposeful and systematic adapting your body to a sportachievement. This achievement can ly on the area of:
strength
staying power
litheness
speed
coordination
These are five points. They determine your form.
FOOD
The four headgroupes from food. The food is for a good construction/combination in a few of groups split. To have a good foodpatern you must eat everything of this groups.These groups are:
Meat, fish and other highprotein products
cereals, patatoes and pastas(paste)
milk and other dairy product
fruits and vegetables
The earlier fooddisk of five and now four is this above. Water is don't called, but is a essential factor. Without water the body doesn't work.
